A mistake that usually occurs when the audio file on a DVD wasn't changed from the default. Usually results in a loud "NO!" from club members. Strength of the yell depends on how the year's membership feels about Subs VS Dubs. It can also occur on Crunchyroll when there are different version.
Note that other occurrences happened before the creation of this page, but were lost to the sea of memories. If older members recall instances, feel free to add them.
